§ 150.01 OHIO BASIC BUILDING CODE.
   (A)   The Ohio Basic Building Code, as the same may be altered from time to time, is hereby adopted, and the provisions thereof shall apply and be in full force and effect within the village.
   (B)   The purpose of the Ohio Basic Building Code is to regulate construction, alterations, and maintenance of buildings of every nature and kind, other than residential buildings with three or less units, to provide minimum standards for the same, and to ensure the health and safety of the citizens through adequate and proper controls. A complete copy of the Code is on file with the Fiscal Officer of the Council for inspection by the public and is available for distribution to the public at cost. Also, copies of the Code are on file in the County Law Library.
