§ 35.024 LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUND.
   (A)   The "Local Fiscal Recovery Fund" shall be and is hereby established.
   (B)   The Director of Finance and Public Record as ex-officio Municipal Treasurer be authorized to accept all funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act and to deposit them into the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund.
   (C)   The municipality affirm said funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act will be expended only in the manner prescribed by and consistent with said Act and any applicable guidelines.
