For the license to be issued under the provisions of this chapter, each applicant shall pay to the village the sum of $10. For renewal license to be issued under the provisions of this chapter, each applicant shall pay to the village the sum of $5. All licenses issued hereunder all be for a period of one year or less which shall end December 31 of that calendar year in which they are required, regardless of the date the license is issued.
