§ 113.04 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   No person, firm, property owner, or corporation shall violate the rules and regulations as provided within this chapter.
   (B)   No home sales shall be conducted on the same residential property more than twice in a 12-month period.
   (C)   No home sale shall be conducted during hours other than those hours prescribed in § 113.05, and in no event shall a home sale last more than five consecutive days.
   (D)   No home sale shall offer new or used merchandise for sale that has been purchased by the resident for purpose of resale at the home sale. Any new merchandise offered for sale could be used as prima facie evidence of merchandise purchased by the resident for resale at the home sale.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful to erect or permit to be displayed more than three signs advertising, promoting, or giving directions to the sale. Each home sale sign shall not exceed four square feet. The signs shall be displayed only during the sale and shall be promptly removed after the sale. The signs shall not be illuminated or animated.
   (F)   It is not the intent of this chapter to change or amend the zoning ordinance of the village.
