(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Each day of any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as a separate offense.
(C) In addition to any other penalties provided for violations of the provisions of this chapter, the Village Administrator shall have the right to revoke any contractor’s license or any license or permit issued under this chapter. Appeal may be had to Village Council in accordance with R.C. Chapter 2506.
(D) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
