§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 94.01 through 94.09 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and when convicted shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 94.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and is liable in treble damages for the injury caused. If the property can be restored substantially to its former condition, damages shall be the reasonable cost of restoring the property. If the property cannot be restored substantially to its former condition, damages shall be the cost of replacing the tree or shrub with new plantings of like kind, quality, and if possible, size.
