§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
