(A) A school zone as provided by R.C. § 4511.21 is established on Main Street (State Route 13) from a point 300 feet south of the crosswalk at the intersection of Main Street and School Street and to a point 300 feet north of the crosswalk at the intersection of Main Street and School Street.
(B) The Street Superintendent shall place the special markings on the pavement as required by the State Department of Transportation indicating the principal school pupil crosswalk and erect the appropriate signs giving notice of the existence of the school.
