§ 90.01 REGULATIONS ON ESTABLISHING DRIVEWAYS; ACCESS TO PUBLIC STREETS.
   (A)    No more than one driveway shall be permitted for any property unless otherwise approved by the Village Planning Commission. For purposes of this section, a PROPERTY shall include abutting parcels having a common owner.
   (B)   Residential lots shall have a maximum drive width of 24 feet with a maximum width of 34 feet at the curb line.
   (C)   Business/commercial driveways shall have a maximum width of 35 feet with a maximum width of 75 feet at the curb line to allow for flares or drive radii.
