§ 33.01 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS) ADOPTED.
   (A)   All departments, offices, and agencies of the village shall utilize the Incident Management System prescribed by the Department of Homeland Security, as implemented by the Ohio Emergency Management Agency and the Director of the County Emergency Management Agency.
   (B)   The Director of the County Emergency Management Agency will begin training on NIMS and revise the village’s emergency operations plan as soon as practicable.
