§ 38.850 DISCIPLINE AND GRIEVANCES.
   (A)   Disciplinary actions for all Police Officers will be handled in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code.
   (B)   Non-officer employees of the Police Department shall be handled in the same manner as other employees of the village under procedures provided in the Employee Handbook of the village.
