(A) Full-time employees will be granted up to three days leave with pay at their regular hourly rate of pay for scheduled work days lost because of death in their immediate family. Immediate family means the employees mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, spouse, children, stepchildren, brother, and sister, grandparents, grandchildren, grandparents-in-law.
(B) Full-time employees will be granted one day leave due to death of non-immediate family member. Non-immediate family means the employees brother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunts and uncles and other village employees.
