§ 32.16 POLICE AUXILIARY ESTABLISHED.

(A) It is hereby determined to establish a police auxiliary within and for the village, the purpose of which will be to assist the regularly appointed police force of the village in its regular duties.

(B) This police auxiliary shall be under the direct supervision of the Chief of Police of the village and shall be appointed by the Mayor upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police.
