Every employee is covered by Worker’s Compensation for injuries received while on duty. The coverage is in complete compliance with Ohio laws. The employee shall follow the instructions provided by the village's third party administrator for Worker's Compensation. Failure to promptly report an accident could endanger your eligibility for coverage for such accident.
