The General Rules and Regulations for Auxiliary and Regular Police Officers of the Village Police Department, as attached to Resolution 5-87, are adopted as the official rules and regulations for the organization, training, administration, control, and conduct of auxiliary and regular police officers. These Rules and Regulations are hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.
