§ 31.20 FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER.
   (A)   The position of full-time police officer is established. The Mayor is authorized and directed to make an appointment of a police officer subject to confirmation by Council.
   (B)   The compensation and benefits for that position shall be established by Council by separate resolution.
