§ 31.06 CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (A)   The position of Clerk of Council is established. The Clerk of Council shall assist the Village Fiscal Officer and perform the duties under the direct supervision of the Village Fiscal Officer.
   (B)   The appointment to the position of Clerk of Council can be terminated at any time by a majority vote of Council.
