§ 30.31 ROBERT’S RULES.
   In the absence of any rule upon a particular issue, Council will follow the procedures specified in the most recent available edition of Robert’s Rules of Order. Robert’s Rules of Order shall also be complied with in the conduct of all Council committee meetings and meetings of village boards and commissions.
