§ 30.27 QUESTIONS; VOTES.
   (A)   All questions before Council shall be clearly stated by the Mayor.
   (B)   All votes shall be by roll call vote, and the results shall be recorded by the Fiscal Officer, who shall then advise the Mayor of the total votes for and against the question and whether the question received sufficient votes to pass.
