§ 30.02 NO SMOKING IN COUNCIL CHAMBER WHILE COUNCIL IS IN SESSION.
   (A)   No one shall smoke tobacco in any form within the village Council Chamber while the Council is in session.
   (B)   Appropriate “NO SMOKING” signs shall be posted to inform all affected parties of the smoking restriction.
   (C)   The Mayor shall appoint a monitor whose duty it will be to place appropriate signs at appropriate times and who shall enforce the smoking restriction.
