(A) For terms beginning prior to December 31, 2015: Members of Council shall be compensated monthly in the amount of $158.33 per month for the calendar months of January, February, April, May, July, August, October, and November, and in the amount of $158.34 per month in the calendar months of March, June, September, and December.
(B) For terms beginning January 1, 2016 and thereafter: Members of Council shall be compensated monthly in the amount of $125 per month.
