§ 51.095 AUTHORIZATION TO SELL; RATE.

The Village Administrator is authorized to sell surplus village water to any person, organization, corporation, or other entity not an inhabitant of or located within the village at a rate of 110% of the village water customer rate according to the terms and conditions provided in this subchapter.
