§ 51.062 ILLEGAL CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   There shall be no physical connection between a public or private potable water supply system and a sewer or appurtenances thereto which would permit the passage of any sewage or polluted water into the potable supply.
   (B)   Roof drains, foundation drains, sump pumps, yard drains and all other clear water connections to the sanitary sewer are prohibited. The Village Administrator or any employee of the village designated by him or her may enter upon any lot or parcel of land within the village and test any downspout or storm water drain on any building thereon to determine whether or not it discharges water into any sanitary sewer.
