(A) All pipe shall be laid true to line and grade. Any change in horizontal direction shall be made with long radius curves, one-eighth bends or wye branches.
(B) All pipe shall be laid to a minimum grade of one-fourth inch per foot unless otherwise approved by the Director of Utilities.
(C) No pipe shall be laid closer than three feet to any exterior wall, cellar, basement, well or cistern or less than two feet deep.
(D) A building sewer shall be a minimum of ten feet from any household water supply source and water service line.
