§ 51.050 PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS PROHIBITED.
   Except as hereinafter provided in this subchapter, no person shall construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
