§ 51.048 SERVICE TO NONRESIDENTS.
   (A)   The village may, at its discretion, provide utilities service to persons, firms, partnerships, corporations or other entities outside of the corporation limits of the village if facilities are available or the extension of service is economically beneficial to the village and if adequate capacity is available.
   (B)   All utility customers outside of the village corporation limit shall have applied to the regular utility charges listed within these regulations a 100% surcharge to all metered service.
   (C)   The village reserves the right to discontinue water service to all customers outside of the corporation limit at any time when it is deemed necessary to conserve water for customers within the corporation limit. The Water Department will attempt to provide as much notice as possible prior to termination of service to avoid inconvenience and damage to customer facilities and equipment.
