§ 51.043 VOLUNTARY DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or on any other legal entity may discontinue water service after notice to the Utilities Clerk and the proper remuneration has been made to the date of the discontinuance. The final bill will be computed based upon a proration of the services used since the last billing.
