Water and sanitary sewer rates are frequently review and adjusted by Village Council and the Administrator to insure that revenues are sufficient to meet operating expenses, capital replacement needs, and debt service in the utility funds. Rates are established by ordinance adopted by Village Council and are available online at the village’s website, www.bellvilleohio.net.
