(A) The municipal utilities systems of the village including but not limited to all treatment facilities, water mains, sewer mains, valves, hydrants, meters, man holes and other appurtenances are under the control of the Administrative Director. The Administrative Director shall draft bylaws and regulations for the operation of the municipal utilities system and may amend those regulations when necessary with the approval of Council provided that these regulations are not in conflict with other ordinances, resolutions, or regulations adopted by Council.
(B) Effective immediately, the following bylaws shall govern the operation of the Water/Sewer Department of the village and all prior rules are hereby repealed.
