§ 153.072 CHECKLIST FOR STORMWATER CONTROL PLANS.

Project description - Briefly describe the nature and purpose of the land disturbing activity and the amount of grading involved.

Existing site conditions - A description of the existing topography, vegetation, and drainage.
___________
Runoff control measures - A description of the methods which will be used to control runoff on the site.
___________
Maintenance - A schedule of regular inspection and repair of erosion and sediment control structures should be set forth.

Calculations - Runoff calculations
SITE PLAN

Vicinity map - A small map locating the site in relation to the surrounding area.
___________
Existing contours - The existing contours of the site should be shown on a map.
___________
Existing vegetation - The existing tree lines, grassy areas, or unique vegetation should be shown on a map.
___________
Soils - The boundaries of the different soil types should be shown on a map.
___________
Indicate north - The direction of north in relation to the site should be shown.
___________
Existing drainage patterns - The dividing lines and the direction of flow for the different drainage areas should be shown on a map.
___________
Development plan - Location and size of all areas to be rendered impervious.
___________
Limits of clearing and grading - Areas which are to be cleared and graded should be outlined on a map.
___________
Location of drainage facilities and control structures - The locations of the drainage facilities and control structures to be used on the site should be shown on a map. Facilities or structures subject to § 153.034 shall be delineated.
