§ 154.01  PLACEMENT; TIME LIMIT.
   It shall be unlawful to place or allow to be placed any portable on demand storage container (PODS), dumpster or temporary construction structure, including portable toilets, within 25 feet of the street, or within the city limits for more than 30 days without the written approval of the City Clerk.
