§ 152.02  PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   Except as stated in § 152.01 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership or corporation to remove any tree(s) from the easement or right-of-way in the city without the prior approval of the City Commission.
