(A) Any person violating any provision of § 130.01 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $5, nor more than $50, for each offense; and any such weapon as described in § 130.01 of this chapter found in the possession of any person convicted under the provisions of § 130.01 of this chapter may be ordered by the District Court of the county to be confiscated and destroyed.
(B) All fines shall be paid within ten days of the issuance of the citation or a late fee of $15 per day shall be applied. If the violation is not resolved, and all penalties are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the citation, a lien may be placed against the property.
