§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   (a)   Any owner or his or her agent or occupant who has received notice of a violation of the provisions above and who has failed to abate the violation may be charged with a violation of §§ 91.01 through 91.03 of this chapter in a criminal complaint in the county’s District Court.
         (b)   Any owner or his or her agent or occupant who violates any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.03 of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation which shall be punishable by a fine of up to $250.

      (2)   All fines shall be paid within ten days of the issuance of the citation or a late fee of $15 per day shall be applied. If the violation is not resolved and all penalties are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the citation, a lien may be placed against the property.
