It shall be unlawful for any person to park, store or otherwise maintain a boat, tractor truck (an automotive vehicle with a driver’s cab used to haul trailers), truck trailer, trailer, house trailer, disabled vehicle, recreational vehicle and/or motor home on any public or private property within the city, unless:
(A) It is enclosed within a garage or structure and it is not occupied as a dwelling or sleeping place; and
(B) The property in question is a boat trailer, 25 feet or less in length. The property in question must be recessed where the vehicle/boat is as far back from the street as possible. The vehicle/boat in question can not exceed ten feet in total height and must be less than 25 feet in total length.
