§ 10.20  ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Enforcement, as used herein, refers to legal action taken to achieve a remedy in those instances where violation or non-compliance with an ordinance is not corrected following notice of same or to impose a penalty where such response is appropriate for the violation or non-compliance. Legal action is required as such forced remedies or penalties must rely on the power of the courts for execution.
   (B)   As provided for by Kentucky Revised Statutes, any aggrieved party may undertake enforcement of the provisions of a municipal ordinance through legal action filed in the county’s District Court. In this instance, the costs of and time required for such action must be borne by the filing party.
