§ 30-142 SAME—WATER DEPARTMENT CHARGES.
   The water department shall be charged the following rates for processing water plant sludge:
   (A)   Flow charge—$215.00 per 1,000,000 gallons of flow; plus
   (B)   Suspended solids—$17.00 per 1,000 pounds of suspended solids.
