(A) The following rates shall be charged for all industrial contributors to the city sewer system.
INDUSTRIAL CONTRIBUTORS shall be as defined in Ordinance No. 2044. Rates charged shall be the sum of the following three parts:
(1) Industrial cost recovery;
(2) Operation and maintenance cost; and
(3) Surcharge for operation and maintenance.
(B) There will be no sewer service charges levied for water received from a supply source if the user can show, to the satisfaction of the city wastewater superintendent, that no amount of water used from that particular source is allowed to enter, either directly or indirectly, the sewerage system of the city.
