§ 2-267 ESTABLISHMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT RESERVE FORCE.
   There is hereby established a law enforcement-police reserve force (hereinafter referred to in sections 2-267 through 2-275 as the reserve force). Members of the reserve force shall be appointed at the discretion of the city council. The reserve force shall consist of such number of members as shall be determined from time to time by the city council. The reserve force and its members shall be under the direction of the chief of police.
