§ 30-113 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   The owner, or his agent, of the premises to be served by a building sewer shall make application for a permit therefor on a special form furnished by the city. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the building inspector.
