§ 28-182 CONSTRUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES AND SUPERVISION.
   The Engineering Department shall be responsible for the oversight of the entire construction process, for ASIP Fund Projects, including right-of-way acquisition, engineering consultant selection, bidding, construction observation, and project close-out and acceptance unless otherwise delegated. The Engineering Department shall follow the City’s standard accounting processes to drawdown ASIP Funds for ASIP Fund Projects. The City may designate a lead agency for any ASIP Fund Project with oversight by the Engineering Department.
