§ 28-180 ASIP FUND PROJECTS.
   The Engineering Department will refer to the One and Six Year Plan of the City or Sarpy County and any resolution adopted by City Council identifying priority ASIP projects to select ASIP Fund Projects within the City’s zoning jurisdiction, and shall, at least annually, convene a representative group of stakeholders (e.g., developers, representatives of developers, Sarpy County, representatives of Sanitary Improvement Districts (SIDs) and associations that represent local home builders), as appropriate to provide input on the selection of ASIP Fund Projects located outside the City’s corporate limits but within its ETJ. Any annual meeting with a group stakeholder(s) shall be open to any other stakeholders, as deemed appropriate by the Manager of Engineering Services, and shall be at a date, time and place established by the Manager of Engineering Services. The Manager of Engineering Services will budget said ASIP Fund Projects on a biannual basis for City Council approval. The city shall have sole discretion in deciding project priorities, and the expenditure of ASIP funds on all ASIP Fund Projects.
