§ 28-178 ASIP FUND.
   The City will establish an ASIP Fund into which all ASIP fees collected for new construction and development projects shall be deposited in the ASIP Fund set up by the Finance Director. This ASIP Fund will be subject to the City’s annual budget setting and auditing processes. ASIP funds generated from development within the City’s ETJ shall be dedicated to projects or developments that have a reasonable nexus to where the funds were generated and shall generally serve and benefit those areas.
