ASIP shall apply to the City’s zoning jurisdiction, as set forth in Section I herein. Any funds derived from the City’s ASIP shall be available for the City to contribute to street improvements and appurtenances for any street (a) designated by the City’s comprehensive plan as an arterial or collector (b) identified in the City’s One & Six Year Road Plan (c) proposed within the City’s ETJ or (d) identified as priority ASIP projects by a resolution adopted by City Council. Proposed ASIP fund projects within the ETJ may be constructed with Sarpy County or another political subdivision through an interlocal cooperation or with a private developer by agreement.
