§ 28-154 ACHIEVEMENT; ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT.
   Complete Streets may be achieved through single improvements or incrementally through a series of smaller improvements or substantial maintenance activities over time. The city administrator shall make an annual report to the city council showing the progress made in implementing complete streets.
