§ 28-152 INCORPORATION BY PLANNING AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS.
   The Bellevue Planning and Public Works Departments will develop, with citizen input, then incorporate Complete Streets principles, with City Council approval as necessary, into: Planning and Public Works plans, manuals, rules, regulations and programs as appropriate. All projects brought forward to the City Council will identify the improvements being made to meet the Complete Streets policy, to include the allocation of costs.
