As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned herein:
BUILDING. Any structure having a roof (partial or otherwise) and built to provide shelter, support or enclosure for animals, persons or property;
PERMANENT SIDEWALK. A sidewalk meeting the specifications adopted by the city council pursuant to section 28-28;
SIDEWALK SPACE. That portion of a street between the lateral line of a roadway and the adjacent property line;
SIDEWALK. That portion of the sidewalk space constructed, developed or intended for use by pedestrians, whether or not a permanent sidewalk; and
STRUCTURE. The same meaning as provided in article 1662 of Ordinance No. 770 (zoning regulations).
