§ 28-9 GASOLINE PUMPS IN SIDEWALKS; SERVICING OF VEHICLES IN STREETS.
   No gasoline pump shall be constructed, located or installed in the sidewalk space along any street within the city. The construction, location or installation of such gasoline pump beyond the building line or lot line or the servicing of any motor vehicle while standing beyond the building line or lot line of any portion of the streets as described in this section is prohibited.
