§ 27.5-146 CONFLICTS WITH OTHER CODE SECTIONS.
It is the intention of the city council that the application of, and authority conferred by, any provision of this chapter shall be cumulative with, and in addition to, any other applicable provision of the Bellevue City Code, the city’s zoning code or the city’s subdivision regulations; provided, however, that any existing provision of the Bellevue City Code, the city’s zoning code or the city’s subdivision regulations that may be inconsistent, or otherwise in conflict, with any provision of this chapter shall be superceded. Whether or not specified in any provision of this chapter, the laws or this Code, nothing in any provision of this chapter shall be construed to limit any other available right, remedy or recourse of city in enforcing this chapter, including prosecution under any provision of law.
