Users seeking an industrial stormwater discharge permit shall complete and file with the director an application on the form prescribed by the director. The director will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. After evaluation and acceptance of the data furnished, the director may issue an industrial discharge permit subject to such terms and conditions as shall be appropriate or as may be required by the laws.
